Antique colonials on one street, 1990s colonials on the next. Sudbury needs two completely different approaches, and the old houses need the careful one.
Sudbury homes
Sudbury has a real stock of genuinely old houses, especially around Sudbury Center and the historic district. Some of them do not have modern gutters on every run, and the roof edges are slate, wood shingle, or original trim. We do not drive anything into that. We size clips to the edge your house actually has, and where there is no good edge we say so instead of improvising with a staple gun.
The newer colonial subdivisions in North and South Sudbury are a different job entirely — consistent two-story rooflines, clean gutter runs, attached garages. Those go fast, the result is crisp, and the Classic package covers the front of the house properly including the garage line, which people forget about and then notice all December.
Sudbury lots tend to be wide with a lot of road frontage, so you have more usable front yard than you do in a denser town. Practically, that means walkway lighting and a lit tree or two read really well here, and they cost less than extending a roofline around the whole house.
Usually the right fit: Classic. Covers the full front including the garage line, which is the thing most Sudbury colonials are missing when we get called out to look.

Where we work in Sudbury
Sudbury borders Framingham, so it is one of our shortest drives and one of the easiest towns for us to get back to for a service call.
No, and this is the question we most want people to ask. We use clips sized to your actual roof edge and we never use nails or staples. On houses where a run has no safe edge to clip to, we will tell you that run is a no and plan the display around it.
Yes, and on most Sudbury colonials you should. An attached garage line is a big piece of the front of the house, and a display that stops before it looks half-finished from the road. It is included in the Classic package.
No. The lights, clips, and timers are all included in your price. We bring everything and we store it after the season.
