What Framingham houses actually need
Framingham has the widest mix of housing of any town we cover, and that changes the quote more than anything else. A single-story ranch off Pinefield or Coburnville is often done beautifully with just the front gutter line — that is the Roofline package, and there is no reason to spend more on it.
Head toward Framingham Centre, Salem End, or Nobscot and you get two-story colonials with side gables and dormers. Those houses look unfinished if you light only the bottom gutter, because the peaks are what people actually see from the road. That is where the Classic package earns its money.
Saxonville and the older streets near the river have a lot of mature trees close to the house. Good news for you: a wrapped trunk in the front yard adds more visible glow per dollar than almost anything else we do, and it is the cheapest upgrade on the list.
Usually the right fit: Roofline or Classic. Most Framingham homes land in one of these two. We will tell you at the demo which one your roofline actually needs — including when the cheaper one is enough.

Get a free quoteHow early can you install in Framingham?
Framingham is our home town, so we start here first — as early as October. If you want your lights on for Thanksgiving weekend, book by mid-October and you will have your choice of dates.
Do you work on Framingham's older homes?
Yes. A lot of the housing stock around Saxonville and Salem End predates modern gutters, and we size our clips to whatever roof edge your house actually has. No nails, no staples, nothing driven into old trim.
Do I have to buy the lights?
No. The lights, clips, and timers are all included in your price. We bring everything and we store it after the season.
When do you take them down?
Early January. We take everything down, pack it up, and store it until next year.
What if a bulb or section goes out?
Text us and we'll come fix it for free. Service calls are included all season.
